 据辽宁省学位办《关于做好2017年辽宁省成人本科生学士学位课程(外语)考试工作的通知》的要求,和省招考办《关于2017年上半年辽宁省成人本科学士学位外语课程考试报名工作的通知》要求,并结合我校的实际情况,现将2017年上半年辽宁省成人本科生学士学位课程考试的报名工作有关事宜通知如下:

一、考试时间:

 2017年上半年辽宁省成人本科生学士学位外语课考试时间为:

 2017年5月20日(星期六)上午:9:00-11:00

  二、考试科目:

 2017年上半年外语课程考试语种为:英语、日语、俄语、德语和法语。其中德语和法语的考试只适用于艺术类(体、音、美)专业与外语专业成人本科生第二外语考生。外语课程考试为全省统考,由省招考办组织实施。

 成人本科生参加外语课程考试的语种,必须与相应学位授予单位教学大纲规定的语种相同;外语专业成人本科生参加外语课程考试的语种,必须与相应学位授予单位教学大纲规定的第二外语语种相同。艺术类(体、音、美)专业考试水平与外语专业成人本科生第二外语相同。

三、报名工作:

 (一)学校受理各单位报名时间:辽宁大学文学院受理时间为3月20日、3月21日、3月22日上午10点-下午3点(其中3月22日上午锦州考点下午大连考点),报名地点:辽宁大学崇山校区蕙星楼西配507。报考考生的资格须符合省学位办《辽宁省授予成人本科生毕业生学士学位工作实施办法》(辽学位[2004]2号)中有关规定的要求。报名资格的审查工作由各报名点或助学单位进行,禁止资格不符的考生参加考试。

 注意:成人本科生应于在学期间通过学士学位课程考试,毕业后不得参加学士学位课程考试。

 (二)2017年上半年考试报名采用考生现场报名、机读卡采集考生基本信息和摄像采集考生图像信息的方式。

 报名程序为:

 1、考生填写《2017年上半年辽宁省成人本科生学士学位课程考试考生报考表》(以下简称《报考表》)一式两份,《报考表》在报名点领取,分别贴近期同底片二寸免冠照片各1张,同时领取报名信息卡。

 2、报名点对其报考资格按照省学位办[2004]2号文件有关规定进行审查、收费,并核对《报考表》上所贴照片是否与考生本人相符,审查人在考生《报考表》上签署是否同意其报名考试的意见,签名,并加盖公章(包括签字位置和照片处的骑缝章)。《报考表》一份由报考单位留存并按期交教务处,另一分供考生报名使用。为保证上报信息准确,要求报名考生提供本人身份证复印件,各单位对相关信息校验后上报,信息上报后不能更改。

 3、通过资格审查的考生持其中一份《报考表》和报名信息卡在规定时间内到指定地点报名(具体时间、地点见附件)。报考点根据《报考表》为考生当场读卡、拍照、打印考生的报名情况登记表。

 4、考生当场仔细核对打印报名情况登记表,并认真核对签字栏中的内容后,签名认可。如在签名认可后,发现问题考生自负。

 四、报名缴费:

 报名外语通考课为每人每科60元。

  五、准考证领取:

 领取准考证时间会在本网站另行通知,请密切关注,大概时间在5月12日左右。考生到报名点领取准考证,并保持****畅通。

 六、注意事项:

 1、考生所要准备的东西:两张两寸免冠照片;本人身份证原件、复印件

 2. 报名时间:2017年3月20日、3月21日、3月22日上午10点-下午3点(其中3月22日上午锦州考点下午大连考点),(请参照地区,涂完卡直接去照相)请务必在规定时间来报名,否则后果自负。

 考生须知:

 1、 考生应事前将信息卡填涂完整,确保各项信息正确,读卡时需携带有效身份证件。

 2、 在以往考试报名时已经照相的可以不照相(前提是此次报名时的身份证号码没有变化),但仍需要读卡。
